CHECK-IN

What time can I check in and when is check-out?

Check-in is guaranteed from 2 p.m.
Check-out is required by 11 a.m.

How does check-in work at the hotel?

Check-in takes place in person at our reception desk.
At check-in, please present a valid form of identification for registration.
All essential information regarding hotel services and your room will be provided at this time.

Is it possible to check in early?

Yes, subject to room availability (upon request). If your room is not ready, you can always leave your luggage in our storage room free of charge and start exploring the city right away.

Is it possible to check out late?

Yes, late check-out is possible subject to availability and incurs an additional charge.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is available 24 hours a day for assistance. It is available at any time to call taxis, provide tourist information and resolve any needs or emergencies.

What languages are spoken at reception?

The staff speak fluent Spanish, English, French and German, as well as Italian, to ensure a welcome without language barriers.

PROPERTY/SERVICES

Where is the hotel located and how can I get there?

The hotel is located in the heart of Florence's historic centre. It is easily accessible by train or car. It is located a short walk from Santa Maria Novella Station. For those arriving by car, the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL): guests are invited to consult the detailed parking instructions.

Is a shuttle service available to/from the property?

There is no direct shuttle service available. Upon request, a private transfer can be arranged or a taxi can be called to and from Florence Peretola Airport (FLR) or other destinations.

Is parking available at the property?

There is no internal parking. We have an agreement with a private car park in the immediate vicinity. The cost is approximately €35 for 24 hours. The car park will take care of communicating the vehicle's number plate to the authorities for access to the restricted traffic zone.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the property?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel, including in the rooms, so guests can stay connected at all times.

Is the property equipped with an elevator?

Yes, the building has a lift for easy access to all floors.

Is the property accessible?

Yes, the building is accessible.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, pets are allowed in the accommodation (upon request). Please inform us of your pet's presence at the time of booking.

Do you offer a luggage storage service?

Yes, a secure luggage storage service is available. It is free of charge for early arrivals and on the day of departure.

Can children stay at the hotel?

Yes, the property welcomes children.

Yes, the hotel has a number of rooms specifically designed to be fully accessible. Please request an accessible room when making your booking.

Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

Yes, air conditioning is available in all rooms to ensure maximum comfort during the warmer months.

Do the rooms have a minibar/mini fridge?

Approximately 50% of the rooms have a minibar/mini fridge. These amenities are usually found in Superior and Deluxe rooms.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included in the accommodation services.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the cosy breakfast room located on the ground floor.

What kind of breakfast is served?

A rich continental breakfast buffet is served, including an assortment of sweet (fresh cakes, croissants, jams, yoghurt) and savoury (cold cuts and cheeses) items to satisfy all tastes.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan options available?

Yes, there are options for those following special diets. Gluten-free products and alternatives for vegetarians and vegans are available. Please indicate your requirements when booking.

Does the hotel have a concierge service?

Yes, the staff acts as a concierge service. They are available 24 hours a day to provide directions, assist with services and suggest personalised itineraries.

Do you organise tours and excursions in the surrounding area?

Yes, we can assist in organising tours and excursions to the main areas and points of interest in the city of Florence.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Is there a tourist tax? How much is the tourist tax?

Yes, there is a tourist tax. The current amount is €6.00 per person per night.

What credit cards are accepted for payment?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What credit cards do you accept?

The standard terms allow for free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
